Control Surveys results
This option displays the assessment of the controls that have been conducted in the various surveys of type 'Controls'. To access the option it is necessary to click on the "Survey Results" button.
Once you have accessed the option, GlobalSUITE displays a table containing the controls registered with the information obtained from different surveys. These are the options that GlobalSUITE allows you to perform on the table:
Add New It allows you to insert new controls that have been identified in surveys of controls. The new controls identified are highlighted in green, and GlobalSUITE lets you select what controls to add or not to add.
Consolidate: It enables the consolidation of different assessments performed on the same control in several surveys. You can use multiple consolidation options: Maximum (record the highest rating), Minimum (recording the lowest rating) and Arithmetic Mean (average registration between different ratings). This option modifies the assessments of the controls. You can also consolidate Text dimensions and actions.
Calculate RA after consolidation: This field is used to select whether, after the consolidation of the selected surveys, all the automatic dimensions of the analysis are recalculated, by default it is checked. Since this process can take several minutes, you can uncheck it to perform various consolidations and recalculate the risks at the end.
Back: It returns to the list of controls.
Show: Show all the control surveys, or only those that are pending consolidation.
Download: It allows you to download the information that is shown in the table of survey management. The file can be provided in editable format (.xlsx) and in PDF format.
Asset-Control Surveys Results
This option displays the assessment of the controls has been conducted in the various surveys of type 'Asset-controls'. To accede to the option it is necessary to click on the option " Asset-Control Surveys Results".
Once you have acceded to the option, a tree is displayed containing the assets as roots and as children the registered controls with the information obtained in the different surveys. The options that GlobalSUITE allows on the table are as follows:
Add New: It allows to insert the new controls that have been identified in the control surveys. The new controls identified are highlighted in green, and GlobalSUITE allows you to select which controls to add and which controls you do not add.
Consolidate: It allows the consolidation of the different assessment carried out on the same control in different surveys, being able to use several consolidation options: Maximum (record of the highest assessment), Minimum (record of the lowest assessment) and Arithmetic Mean (record of the arithmetic mean among different assessments). This option modifies the controls assessments.
Back: It allows you to return to the list of controls.
Download: It allows the download of the information that is displayed in the survey management table in an editable file (.xlsx) or in .PDF format
In the case that the survey also has Evidence, the associations defined in the surveys, as well as the documents uploaded to each evidence of each control.
