Documents Propagation

This option allows you to propagate the documents, which are stored in the document manager of the parent company, to the subentities which depend on this parent company.

Once you have acceded to the option, you view the following charts:

Left Table: It shows the documents stored in the parent company. These are the options which allows the table:

• Propagate: Once selected the documents you want, it allows you to propagate the documents to the selected subentities.

• Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial screen of the document manager.

• Select directoy: It allows you to select the destination folder of the propagated documents. For this task, you have to select the folder and click on the button 'Accept'.

NOTE: It's necessary to select the destination folder for propagating the documents to the subentities.

• Right top table: It shows the subentities list on which it's possible to associate documents to the parent company. These options are allowed: Expand or contract the subentities list and to mark all subentities clicking on the button 'Mark Child Entities'.

• Right Bottom Table: Once selected the subentity on the top table, it shows the folder and documents which are associated with the subentity. The Platform allows the possibility of removing documents and folders. For this task you have to select the row and clicking on the button 'Remove'. Moreover, there is the functionality of the documental tree which allows you to expand and to contract the list.
