Incidents & Problems
The option ‘Incidents & Problems’ will allow you to manage those incidents and problems opened by the customers, suppliers or internally. It has to take in account which can be opened manually, and furthermore, it can be generated by customers automatically by the Customer Portal with a Ticket.
In the main screen, it shows those incidents and problems which they are not closed yet, as well as the following options:
New: It allows you to generate Incidents or Problems.
Remove: It allows you to remove Incidents or Problems.
Copy: This option allows you to copy an Incident or Problem which has been defined before.
Show: When you use GlobalSUITE® as data base, in this option you can select if GlobalSUITE® shows the Incidents or Problems that are open or all of them. You can do it through the dropdown menu.
Download: It allows you to download Incidents & Problems that can be shown in Excel or in PDF
Show charts: It allows you to represent those Incidents & Problems that have been defined. It shows the following images:
GlobalSUITE allows you to see graphically or separately in the Incidents and Problems. These images, which are generated by GlobalSUITE, shows:
Totals: All the incidents & Problems registered.
Opened: Just show incidents or problems which remain open.
Closed: Just show incidents or problems which remain closed
In addition, it allows you to represent any type of combination among these options
The images can be printed directly or can be downloaded in different formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF and SVG (vector).
Import: This option allows a massive load of Incidents that are in an Excel file. When you click on the button, the tool requests a file in Excel format that must contain a set of columns with the information of the incidents that you want to import, regardless of the order of the columns, since it allows selecting those that you want to import.
To accede to any Incident or Problem you have to click on ID or the topic in the list of the main screen. Once inside, GlobalSUITE provides the following options:
