Propagation Structure

This option allows you to define the folder structure of the document manager. These are the options which can be performed:

• New folder: It allows you to insert a new folder in the structure.

• Remove: It offers the possibility of removing a folder already generated. For this task, you have to select the folder and clicking on the button 'Remove'.

• Import structure: It offers the possibility of importing a structure already generated by the user.

• Download: It allows you to download the documental structure in editable format (.xlsx) or PDF.
