Claims Consolidation

The present option allows you to view briefly the different claims associated with the entity and subentities.

The functionalities of the available tables are developed below:

  • Services Table: It allows the user to filter the claims associated with the selected services.

  • Subentities Table: It offers the possibility of filtering the claims defined in the selected subentities.

  • Value/Tag Table: It allows you to view the claim which are associated with a specific tag.

  • Specific filter: It offers the possibility of viewing the claims by status (it only shows the opened and registered claims).

Once established the filter it's necessary to generate a consult, for this task there are the following options:

  • Consolidate: Once you click on the button and according to the established filter, this option allows you to view briefly the claims of the lower table.

  • Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial list.

The results are shown on the lower table 'Consolidation Results'.

This is the information that the table provides:

  • ID: It allows you to view the ID associated with the claim.

  • Topic: It allows you to view a detailed description of the claim.

  • Status: It allows you to view the status of the claims (if it’s registered, opened, closed, etc.).

  • Record date: It allows you to view the date when the claim has been registered.

  • Client: It offers the possibility of viewing the client who has filed the claim

  • Contact: It reports about the contact associated with the claim.

  • Email: Report by email of the claim.

  • Service: It allows you to view the services affected by the claim.

  • Entity: It offers the possibility of viewing the entity or subentity on which the claim is associated.
