Non conformities consolidation
The current option allows you to propagate non conformities generated in the parent company to the subentities which depends on this one.
Once acceded to the option, the following tables are shown:
Services Table: Permite al usuario filtrar las no conformidades asociados a los Servicios seleccionados.
Subentities Table: It allows the user to filter the non-conformities associated with the selected services.
Value/tag Table: It offers the possibility of filtering the non-conformities defined in the selected subentities.
Specific Table: It offers the possibility of viewing the non-conformities by status or by date.
Once established the filter it's necessary to generate a consult, for this task there are the following options:
Consolidate: Once you click on the button and according to the established filter, this option allows you to view briefly the non-conformities of the lower table.
Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial list.
The results are shown on the lower table 'Consolidation Results'.
This is the information that the table provides:
ID: It allows you to view the ID associated with the non-conformity.
Topic: It allows you to view a detailed description of the non-conformity
Status: It allows you to view the status of the non-conformity (if it’s registered, opened, closed, etc.).
Record Date: It allows you to view the date when the non-conformity has been registered.
Client: It offers the possibility of viewing the client associated with the non-conformity
Contact: It reports about the contact associated with the non-conformity
Email: Report by email of the non-conformity.
Management Unit: It offers the possibility of viewing the entity or subentity on which the non-conformity is associated.
