Plans Configuration

Tests configuration

GlobalSUITE® offers the possibility of configuring the categories of the testing plans that are developed in the section ‘Plans/Testing Program’.

The platform allows you to perform the following tasks:

  • New: It allows you to insert a new category in the table.

  • Remove: It offers the possibility of removing one or several categories. For this task you have to select the row or rows you want and clicking on the ‘Remove’ button.

  • Change color: It allows you to define the color of the section, when you select the specific row, that will be displayed in ‘Plans/Testing Programs’.

Recovery Plans

This section allows you to indicate if an optional set of tables and configurable fields are required to be added to the Recovery Plans.

  • Include Assets from the Dependencies Tree: Selecting this field GlobalSUITE enables a table in the Recovery Plans that allows you to add assets to each Recovery Plan and its associated Recovery Sequences.

  • Include Call Tree: Selecting this field enables a table in the Recovery Plans that allows you to configure a call tree between Roles and Employees.

  • Include Clients (Business Relations): Checking this field enables a table in the Recovery Plans to associate clients with each Recovery Plan.

NOTE: If the environment has enabled the 'Business Relations' functionality (available in some GlobalSUITE modules), it will be possible to select the clients registered in that option. If, on the other hand, this functionality is not available, it will be possible to create specific clients for each Plan.”

  • Configurable Fields: This table allows you to configure two additional fields that can be associated with the Recovery Sequence form or the Task form. In the table it is possible to edit the name of the configurable fields (both in Spanish and English) and indicate where you want to display each field by double-clicking on the 'Visibility' column. The options available in this column are: 'No Visible', 'Sequences' and 'Task'.

Types of Tasks

This section allows you to define the typology of tasks which can be established in these options: Recovery Plans, Testing Program or Crisis Management.

This is the information which can be defined in the table:

  • Name: It allows you to define the name of the task.

  • Type: It offers the possibility of identifying the typology of the task and you can select among Control Point, Rest Period or Test Run.

  • PRD: It allows you to define if we want to show the task in the Revoery Plans option.

  • Testing Program: It serves for defining if we want to show the task in the Testing Program option.

  • Crisis management: It allows you define if we want to show the task in the Crisis Management Option.

For inserting a type of task in the table you have to click on the button 'New'. In case you want to remove it, you must select the row and click on the button 'Remove'.
