Document Manager Configuration

This section allows you to define the following options:

• Maximum storage size: You can limit the storage of files in the document management sytem. This storage space is associated with the contracted license and can only be modified by the GlobalSUITE® support department.

• Maximum size per file: It allows you to define the maximum size of the attached files that can be uploaded to the tool. By default this file size is 40MB, although it is possible to expand it to a maximum of 100MB. It can only be modified by the GlobalSUITE® support department.

• Workflow activation: It allows you to activate the workflow when you mark the checkbox.

• Initial Display of Document Manager: It allows you to configure the display of the document manager when you access to this option. There are three options: Expanded, Collapsed and Expanded (Only 1st level).
