This option will allow you to manage those open tags by the customers, suppliers or internally by the workers. It’s necessary to take in account the origin of the tickets which can be managed from the platform and can be opened manually,loaded through an excel document with the option to import, or to be generated by the customers automatically from the customer portal.

  • New: This option is used to generate tags manually. Once generated the tag it’s necessary to do the access to the tag clicking on the topic or ID.

  • Automatic tags:These tags will be generated through the Customer Portal and it will appear in the main screen of Tickets. The fields defined and detailed by the customer in the portal will be completed in the tag.

Once you have a ticket, manually or automatically generated, you have to define and complete the fields of the form (Fields marked with an * are required):
