HHRR for RTO

This option allows you to indicate the number of necessary people for each one of he processes in case of a crisis.

When you access to this option GlobalSUITE shows the services and processes tree of the entity, the RTO value identified in the BIA and the time scales that you have used. For each one of the time scales you can define the number of necessary people who have to perform teleworking and the number of necessary people that must be located in the alternative center

For each process it's marked a time scale in a colour. This colour corresponds with the time scale that is equal or minor that the RTO of the BIA process. In case it has not a time scale minor than the RTO of the process, there is no time scale marked in color. Below You can view the meaning of each colour:

  • Red: Cells in red indicate that the number of registered people are lower than the number of people which are identified in the option "Critical Human Resources".

  • Green: Cells in green indicate that the number of registered people are equal than the number of people which are identified in the option "Critical Human Resources".

  • Yellow: Cells in yellow indicate that the number of registered people are higher than the number of people which are identified in the option "Critical Human Resources".

To conclude, this option provides the buttons 'Expand' and 'Collapse' for managing the complete estructure (it's expanded by default), morever it allows you to download the result in a document (.xlsx) or (.pdf).
