Assets dependencies propagation


This option allows you to propagate the assets dependencies generated in the parent company to the subentities which depend on this parent company.

Once you have acceded to the option, you view the following charts:

Left Table: It shows the assets dependencies list which has been defined in the parent company. These are the options which allows the chart:

  • Propagate: Once selected the assets dependencies you want, it allows you to propagate the assets dependencies to the selected subentities.

  • Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial screen of assets dependencies.

Right top table: It shows the list of subentities on which you can associate assets dependencies to the parent company. In this table you can expand or collapse the list of subentities.

Right lower table: Once selected the subentity in the top table, it shows the services which have been associated with the subentity. GlobalSUITE offers the possibility of removing an associated service; for this task you have to select the row and click on the button 'Remove'.

  • Own Asset Table: It shows the business assets list which have been defined in the parent company. These are the allowed options on the table:

    • Propagate: Once selected the desired asset it allows you to propagate the services to the selected subentities.

    • Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial screen.

  • Subentities Table: It shows the subentities list on which it's possible to associate assets to the parent company. These options are allowed: Expand or collapse the subentities list and to mark all subentities clicking on the button 'Mark Child Entities'.

  • Asset Table: Once selected the subentity on the top table, it shows the assets which are associated with the subentity. The Platform allows the possibility of removing an associated asset. For this task you have to select the row and clicking on the button 'Remove'.
