Objectives
This option allows you to establish the objectives which guide the management system during each cycle and it also allows you to measure, to assess and to manage them for ensuring its compliance and for correcting their deviations.
In the initial table it can be established different objectives. Our software allows you to create specific targets for an unique management system or create joint objectives to all systems, adapting itself to the modeling that you want to do in the project.
To create a new objective you must select the button ‘Add’ and it will appear the new objective on the table. To remove the objective you must select the row or rows that you want to remove and hereafter click on the button ‘Remove’. The button ‘Download’ allows you to download the list of objectives in editable format (.docx).
In case you want to visualize the details of one objective, it must select the objective which you want clicking directly on its name.
The form allows you to do the following actions:
Save: It allows you to save all the changes or modifications made in the form..
Back: The program comes back to the previous screen where it is the list with all the established objectives.
Include BSC: It allows you to include the target in the Business Objectives List of the section 'Scorecard'.
Download: It allows you to download the form of the objective in an editable format (.xlsx) or in PDF.
Once you’re in the tab of the objective it’s possible to define a set of specific parameters, and for this reason it exists different fields available such as:
Name: Descriptive name of the objective
Date: It identifies the objective date.
Head Coordinator: This field enables to select which resource will be the coordinator of the target. The drop down of coordinators can be configured in the section ‘Management/Employees’.
Description: It allows a better description of the objective and more detailed.
Services: It enables you to associate the target to one or several services of the organization. To associate a service it must select the appropriate service in the drop down and click on the button ‘Add’. In case you want to remove one service you have to select the service of the table and click on the button ‘Remove’.
Affected areas: It allows you to identify those areas of the company which will be affected by the objective achievement. To associate an area it has to select in the drop down menu the specific area and click on the button ‘Add’. In case you want to remove an area you have to select the area and click on the button ‘Remove’. The field is configurable in the section ‘Home/Configuration’.
Specific objectives: The software allows you to define specific objectives for the achievement of the general objective. To add new objectives you have to click on the button ‘Add’ and it will appear a new row of specific objectives. To modify any of these targets you have to select the line and click on the line if you want to modify it. To remove you have to select the row or rows that you want to remove and click on the button ‘Remove’.
This point is developed deeper in the section ‘ScoreCard/Specific objectives’.
Documentation: The option enables you to upload any file. That’s why it’s necessary to select the button ‘Examine’ for acceding to the system file browser. Once selected you have to click on the button ‘Add’. When the upload is completed the file will be shown in the lower table.
Objectives Propagation
The current option allows you to propagate the objectives generated in the parent company to the subentities which depends on this one.
Once acceded to the option, the following tables are shown:
Objectives table:It shows the objectives list which have been defined in the parent company. These are the allowed options on the table:
Propagate: Once selected the desired services it allows you to propagate the services to the selected subentities.
Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial screen.
Subentities tableIt shows the subentities list on which it's possible to associate services to the parent company. The options that the table allows are the following ones: Expand or contract the subentities list and to mark all subentities clicking on the button 'Mark Child Entities'.
MS Objectives Table: Once selected the subentity on the top table, it shows the objectives which are associated with the subentity. The Platform allows the possibility of removing an associated objective. For this task you have to select the row and clicking on the button 'Remove'.
Objectives Consolidation
The present option allows you to view briefly the different objectives associated with the entity and subentities.
The functionalities of each of the available tables are developed below:
Services table: It allows the user to filter scopes associated with the selected services.
Subentities table: It offers the possibility of filtering the scopes defined in the selected subentities.
Value/Tag table: It allows you to view the scopes which have associated a specific tag.
Specific filters: It offers the possibility of viewing the scopes associated with one or several management systems.
Once established the filter it's necessary to generate a consult, for this task there are the following options:
Consolidate: Once you click on the button and according to the filters, this option allows you to view briefly the scope of the lower table.
Back: It offers the possibility of returning to the initial objective list.
The results are displayed on the lower table 'Consolidation Results'
This is the information that the table provides:
Name: Report on the objective name
Description: It allows you to view the specific description which it has been established by each one of the objectives.
Indicator: It provides the indicators list associated with the objective.
Last assessment: It provides the information of the last assessment of the objective.
Last revision Date: It allows you to view the date of the last assessment of the objective.
Status: It reports to the user about the assessment.
Management Unit: It allows you to view the entity or subentity on which it's associated.
Propagated: It reports the user if the objective has been propagated to the subentities.
