My tickets

The current option allows the user to view the tickets which have been assigned and centralized in the same table.

The following option will be shown in case the user has assigned a role with a specific Access to the section ‘My tickets’, in ‘Administration/Company Roles’, as it’s shown in the following image:

The table allows you to perform the following options:

  • New: It allows you to generate new entries in the table.

  • Remove: It allows you to remove an entry of the table. For this task you have to select the specific row and click on the button ‘Remove’.

  • Show: This option shows those ticket which are open or all tickets through the drop down menu.

  • Download: You can download the list of service requests in Excel or in PDF.

Once you accede to the ticket, the editable fields are explained in the following options.
