Alerts Logs

This option allows you to view the alerts which have been sent by GlobalSUITE®.

These are the available options:

• Details: When you select an alert and click on this button, GlobalSUITE shows all details of the alert which has been sent.

• Show: It allows to select different filters for showing logs. The filter are the following ones:

  • Show unchecked: It displays the logs of the alerts which have been sent to the usera nd there are unchecked.

  • Show All: It displays all logs of the alerts which have been sent to the user who consult the option (checked and unchecked).

  • Unchecked by Entity: It displays the logs of the alerts sent to all users of the organization that has not been checked (without the check).

  • All by Entity: Displays all logs alerts sent to all users in the organization, both checked and unchecked.

• Download: It allows you to generate a report in .xls or .pdf format with the information of the table.
