Critical Infrastructures

This option allows you to show the infrastructures of the organization associated with each one of the business processes, identifying the number of necessary people who have to be moved to an alternative location or to perform teleworking in case of a crisis in the infrastructure where they work.

When you access to the option, GlobalSUITE shows the Organizational Framework of the entity which has been defined in the section 'Organizational Framework' of the 'Start up' menu. The Business processes are associated with each level of the Organizational Framework (Department, Area, Manager) and below there are the infrastructures (offices or workplaces) which are related to each process.

Clicking the button 'Show Alternative Infrastructures', GlobalSUITE shows all alternative infrastructures associated with each one of the main infrastructures, and the option of 'Teleworking'.

The main infrastructures have associated a number which represents the number of critical people who have to be moved to an alternative location or to perform teleworking labours in case of a crisis in the infrastructure. The alternative infrastructures and the 'Teleworking' option are associated with each main infrastructure, GlobalSUITE allows you to define for each alternative infrastructure the number of people who will be moved there. In case of 'Teleworking', the number that appears is automatic and it's calculated according to the people associated with the main infrastructure that have defined 'Teleworking' as an option of continuity.

The cells, which contains the number, have 3 different colours. Each colour has the following meaning:

  • Red: Cells in red indicate that the sum of the people for the teleworking and alternative infrastructures are lower than the number of people of the main infrastructure.

  • Gree: Cells in green indicate that the sum of the people for the teleworking and alternative infrastructures are equal than the number of people of the main infrastructure.

  • Yellow: Cells in yellow indicate that the sum of the people for the teleworking and alternative infrastructures are higher than the number of people of the main infrastructure.

The option 'Filter - By Service' allows you to show the infrastructures associated with the processes, and their specific services. The following image shows the result:

To conclude, this option provides the buttons 'Expand' and 'Collapse' for managing the complete estructure (it's expanded by default), morever it allows you to download the result in a document (.xlsx) or (.pdf).
