Pending downloads

This section has two sections to manage the generation and download of documents, files and management system reports.

Pending Downloads

The first section of the top menu, "Pending Downloads", allows you to view the downloads executed in the document management system. For downloading the documents, you have to clickon the button 'Download'. In case the user doesn't want to download the document, you have to click on the button 'Remove' and the download will be removed.

NOTE: Files in download are automatically deleted every 24 hours from their generation.

Work Progress

The second section of the top menu shows a view where we can consult the background works that are running, or have been previously launched in the management system.

These works are the generation of reports and documents, and processes such as "Calculate AR", which allows recalculating all the dimensions of the Risk Analysis.
