Alerts Consolidation

The current option allows the alerts consolidation of the parent company to the subentities which depend on this one. This action allows that the assigned alerts will be escalated to the supervisors of the parent company.

Once acceded to the option, the following tables are shown:

• Alert Table: It shows the alert list which have been defined in the parent company. These are the allowed options on the table:

• Associate: This option allows you to carry out the following options:

  • Assign Roles: Once selected the desired alert, you can assign the roles to the alert. This option is necessary for consolidating the alerts later.

  • Associate Alert: Once established the roles, it allows you to associate alerts to the selected subentities.

  • Remove IT offers the possibility of removing the roles associated with an alert.

  • Expand It allows you to expand the alerts list.

  • Contract It allows you to contract the alerts list.

• Subentities Table: It shows the subentities list on which it's possible to associate alerts to the parent company. These options are allowed: Expand or contract the subentities list and to mark all subentities clicking on the button 'Mark Child Entities'.

• Alerts Table: Once selected the subentity on the top table, it shows the alerts which are associated with the subentity. The Platform allows the possibility of removing an associated alert. For this task you have to select the row and clicking on the button 'Remove'.
